From your dashboard, click "New Survey". Give it a title, add your questions using our builder (12+ question types available), then publish. You can share via link, email, or embed.

Once published, you'll get a unique shareable link. Pro and Business plans also support email distribution, QR codes, and embeddable widgets.

Navigate to AI Insights in your dashboard, select a survey, and choose an analysis type (Summary, Sentiment, Themes, NPS, Demographic, or Custom). Our AI processes all responses and generates a detailed report with visualizations.

We offer six analysis types: Executive Summary, Sentiment Analysis, Theme Extraction, NPS Deep-Dive, Demographic Segmentation, and Custom Analysis where you set your own goal.

Go to Dashboard → Billing to manage your subscription. You can upgrade from Free to Pro ($29/mo) or Business ($79/mo) at any time. Pro includes 2,500 responses per survey and 30 AI analyses per month. Business unlocks unlimited responses and unlimited AI analyses. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial.
