The Free plan is designed for individuals testing the platform or running small one-off surveys. It includes all core features — the survey builder, all 12+ question types, real-time analytics, and one AI analysis per month.

Limits: 3 surveys, 50 responses per survey, 1 AI analysis per month. No team members, email distributions, or premium features.

Pro Plan — $29/month

The Pro plan is ideal for growing businesses, consultants, and researchers who need more capacity and professional branding.

Managing Your Subscription

Manage your plan from Dashboard → Billing:

• Upgrade — Switch to a higher plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
• Downgrade — Switch to a lower plan. Takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Cancel — Cancel your subscription. You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period, then revert to the Free plan.

AI Analysis Counting

AI analyses are counted per calendar month (resets on the 1st at midnight UTC) across all your surveys. Every analysis request counts as 1, regardless of the analysis type. Failed analyses (e.g., no completed responses) do not count against your limit.

What Happens When You Hit a Limit?

• Survey limit reached: You'll see a prompt to upgrade or delete existing surveys.
• Response limit reached: New respondents see a "survey at capacity" message. Existing data is preserved.
• AI analysis limit reached: You'll see an upgrade prompt. Previous analyses remain accessible.

In all cases, upgrading immediately increases your limits without any data loss.
